DELG Sites Terms and Conditions
1. The Sites service
DELG Sites provides tools to create, edit, host, and publish websites. Features may include templates, AI-assisted editing, forms, analytics, domains, and publishing plans.
2. Your content and domains
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights to use it, for the accuracy of published information, and for any domain or third-party service connected to your site.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Sites to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious material, or to interfere with the service or another person’s site.
4. Publishing and availability
Published sites may be subject to plan limits, payment requirements, maintenance, and third-party availability. We may suspend a site or account when necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material breach.
